Radish, Tomato and Basil Dip
A guest post from food blogger Christine Fontanin. Here is a fun party dip with a radish twist!
1 cup of finely chopped radishes
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 chopped roma tomato (de-seeded)
1 handful of chopped basil
1/8 tsp season salt
(1) 8oz brick of softened organic cream cheese
3 tablespoons of softened butter
Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate. This tastes better the longer it sits. Serve with crackers and veggies. Enjoy!
