Grilled Bok Choy with Balsamic Glaze

Bok Choy is available this week from Space Girl Organics. Boy Choy is from the cabbage family and is often used in Chineese cooking. Its light flavor makes it great for adding it to soups or stir fry. It is also great thrown on the BBQ grill like pictured here.
To grill your bok choy slice a small piece off of the bottom and wash the stalks. Place it on an oiled preheated grill (medium-high heat). Brush it lightly with olive oil or seasoned butter and close the grill. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, flip, brush the other side with the oil of your choice and repeat. After plating, you can dress it with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
