Fresh Fruit Popsicles

This is really flexible. I added the fruit that happened to be in my fridge. Feel free to mix it up!
2 cups strawberries
1 orange
2 kiwis
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients in your blender or food processor. Pour into popsicle molds or even paper cups with toothpicks or popsicle sticks. A nice trick is to put saran wrap over the top of the cup and then poke the toothpick through to hold it up in the freezer. Freeze and enjoy!
