Fabulous Figs on toast

Slice figs then lay them out on foil. Drizzle with honey and put under the broiler for a few minutes. Take your bread and toast it up. I put it in a skillet with a little olive oil. Then add the the figs, and crumbled cheese (this picture shows some 30 minute mozzarella that I made). Then warm the entire thing in the over for about 10 minutes (Say 375)
