When it comes to disease fighting, cranberries are one of the healthiest foods. Here are some ways to incorporate cranberries into your diet all year long!*
Cranberry Banana Smoothie
1 very ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
2 or 3 ice cubes
Blend until fully processed and smooth.
Cranberry Pear Smoothie
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 pitted date
1 pear
1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
Blend until fully processed and smooth
Cranberry Berry Smoothie
¼ cup cranberries
1 cup organic berry yogurt
1 cup berries of your choice
2/3 cup water or almond milk
Blend until fully processed and smooth
*People with kidney stones or on blood thinners should consult their doctor before adding cranberries to their regular diet.
