Easter egg radishes are a small radish that comes in a rainbow of red, white and purple colors.
The name “Easter Egg radish” is in reference to their globe-like shape and bright colors. They can look like Easter eggs poking up out of the ground as they mature.
Classic ways to eat these crunchy treats is plain with a sprinkle of sea salt, sliced and roasted with olive oil, sliced on bread with butter and salt or pickled! And don’t throw out those radish greens! You can eat those too.
